Mackenzie Childers is the Class 2A Dan Gable Ms. Wrestler of the Year.
Our Prairie hawk dancers lit up the stage in Orlando in the Small D1 Pom and Jazz divisions. Prairie is bringing home 17th out of 68 in an extremely competitive Pom category.
Prairie had 3 bowlers place for medals at the MVC Divisional at Cherry Lanes: Michael Griffioen (3rd place) Wyatt Craig (5th place) and Kylie Cook (7th place).
Prairie set a school record with eight state qualifiers in Elizabeth Burns 100, Marie Burns 105, Mackenzie Childers at 130, Claire Hynek at 135, Luisa Meade at 145, Addison Bowman at 170, Aliya Phillips at 190 and Emelia Reyes at 235. The Hawks also came in second in the team race with 186 points.
